This was a fine trip, I didn't feel like leaving. Everything was brand-new, fairly clean hotel, easy location in the middle of jackson. The staff were friendly, they made me feel welcome. Location: the property was close enough to train tracks, train station, and Osaka city centre. Ate at Tokkari Main Store, it's not too far from the venue.

We stayed at this hotel for our trip to Japan. The location was perfect, just a short 3-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, despite their limited English skills. The service was great, with fresh towels and sleepwear provided daily. The hotel also had a laundry facility, which was convenient for us. we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The hotel's location was ideal, being well connected to Osaka city center and just a 2-minute walk from the station. The room was immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. The Japanese design and atmosphere added to the overall charm. The sky spa was a relaxing treat after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast was tasty and the rooftop bath house was fantastic.
Nothing to be said.

The hotel's proximity to the train station was ideal for getting around. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities. The spa was a real treat after long days of sightseeing.
While the room had all the basics, it was a bit plain and lacked character. The lack of restaurants in the immediate vicinity made it difficult to find a place to eat in the evening.

During my xmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the great location, as it was very easy to get to the city centre and the train station was just a few minutes away. the rooms were well-maintained and comfortable enough to provide a relaxing stay. I also enjoyed the amenities offered, especially the pajamas and slippers that were provided.
There was no restaurant in the hotel, which made it difficult for us to find a proper meal during the holiday season. the toilet was too tiny, which made it uncomfortable to use.
